Used but in very clean condition. Powers up properly, goes through self test without error. Includes the AC power adapter P/N VLP12-06-000012. Includes the operations manual. Includes the ECG CAble and the Therapy Cable. The two included batteries do not appear to be holding a charge so will probably need to be replaced.
